im 17 going on 18 and my goal is to get really muscular and strong, like body builder/power lifter, but im not very big, im 5'11 and 175 lbs, i just started working out, im quitting smoking, i dont have much of a build i guess, i do have some muscle and a little bit of fat, i got some kids in my school that can bench over 200, i wish i could do that someday, but i dont really think i have it in me even if i do continuasly work out, whats the secret to getting big and strong
