What happened to the Cadbury Time Out Chocolate in Malaysia?

Cadbury Time Out no longer can be found in Hypermarkets and Cold Storage outlets here in Malaysia (KL) and I want to know why? It's the best chocolate for me, up there along with M&M's and KitKat... This is very saddening :(
