Why do dogs eat June Bugs?

My little dog stays outside very late, catching and eating June bugs. She sits and stares them down, pounces and eats them whole....i know because they end up in her poop. She hasnt gotten sick from them, just grosses me out. I have 3 dogs that go in and out as they please (dog door), and only the one does this. Any reasoning behind it?
