McCain's biopsy shows no cancer. How do we know if Obama is as healthy as McCain?

It seems to me that I haven't heard about Obama getting a medical checkup but McCain has had a few. And by the looks of it, Obama looks pretty scrawny and something may be going on inside him. Is it time for Obama to get a complete checkup by a good doctor so the public will know?
