Should we start an American Revolution again?

Many people feel as though our federal govrnment no longer represents the people. Thomas Jefferson said "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." and also "When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty." I feel as though people fear the government these days. What do you think?
