I stole some led lights from a store totaled 26 dollars . .should i be charged for commercial burgulary?

I was caught stealing some led lights that totaled 26 dollars. . . . the officer decided to charge me with commercial burglary for led lights. . . .what might happen to me . . . can it be moved to petty theft . . . will i go back to jail??? . . please helpp
