How do I write a 300 word essay on Philosophy?

I know how to write an essay & I've had to turn a 300 word essay into my Philosophy cl now for every week for this semester. My problem is that now he wants us to turn in a reflective summary about the course. Put how Philosophy has impacted me. Plus a statement about "My Philosophy." I usually have no problem writing, but for some reason on this ignment I'm at a loss for words. I thought maybe someone could help me get my juices flowing to at least get started. I'm really not sure how Philosophy has impacted me or even what my philosophy really is. Help~
