How much money do you give your adult children?

We paid for our children's college education (with exception of one who chose to go out of state, she paid the difference in tuition) and gave them each a year to live with us upon graduation to save money. I told them NEVER to ask for us for money and they never have. I do give great Christmas and birthday gifts that usually include money and I do enjoy giving. I do not expect them to ask. They have the resources and the know how to take care of themselves.
