Every time I try to install YMessenger 8.1 or 9Beta...?

It installs the messenger, but then stops and says error 404 /ytb_inst.exe is not accessible... would you fix your downloads or instal files so I don't have to deal with this? You want people to use your stuff, but you make faulty programs. I regulalry update my messenger when I see there is a new one. I don't like yahoo at all I constantly get errors and problems with you charging me double for services and sending me messages to call you if I have a problem, they keep you on hold for over 40 min, who the heck wants to deal with this bull. My son has YMessenger and it's the only reason I HAVE to keep it. I think I will ask my son to switch and I will remove anything yahoo from PC. I have google and very happy with it. Either stop making crapy programs, overcharging for your lousy services, and giving people errors where there shouldn't be any or you WILL loose more and more customers, there is a lot of choices out there, it's not you don't have competition, and reliability is more imp
