Girl troubles, could really use some advice.?

There is this girl that I have liked for a very long time, and I just found out that she liked me as well and that she was hoping that I would ask her out. That night we talked for a long time and were laughing a lot, and I asked her out. She said that she wanted to think about it, a week later she still hadn't replied, but she called me up and we talked about why she hadn't called and she said that she had been pressured and badgered especially by this guy named fred to not go out with me. I said it was alright and she said she still liked me, but I have no idea what to do now, what does she want and what is she expecting from me.
