I work out about 5 days a week 2 a day for an hour and recently my mid-drif area has become inlarged - why, I am unsure, but its very disturbing and unsettling because I am unable to lose it. Please help me regain control of this area. I am familiar with weights and cardio excerise. I do think I am getting enough calories throughout the day, but I am not a professional. Please help me!!!
