Is a UV water disinfection system considered "radioactive material" regarding most countries' shipping laws?

I know that UV lamps are *technically* radioactive...but is this enough to cause a small, home water disinfection/filtration system to be clified as "Radioactive Material" by customs agents? I have a customer in Mexico who is interested in buying one from me. Thanks in advance!
