Kitten problems help and or hints please?

I recently got a kitten from the animal shelter and he is a wonderful little guy but he has a few quirks that are becoming very troublesome. i know hes still young 12wks and all animals are diffrent but i would like to keep him from crawling into my blankets and licking/biting my legs while i try to sleep or just licking/biting my legs in general, i try to not let him do it but he wont stop. also he will randomly attack nothing in corners or on furniture iv taken to not playing with him on the couch and what not to prevent instilling bad behavior, and yes i play with him several times a day just want to know if any one has had the same problems and has some advice
