Question about Michael Jackson dolls?

After MJ ped away - I decided to reminisce a bit and dig out some of my old MJ collectibles. I don't have much left because I gave quite a bit of it to my niece years ago when she was crazy about him. I do have 2 unopened Thriller albums (the original and the dance single) but, the main thing I have is 3 of the Michael Jackson dolls, all from 1984 and never removed from the boxes. I looked them up on ebay and some are going from $150 - $300 each and some less than $100. I just wonder what they are actually worth? I hate to sell them but, they have just been sitting in a box in my closet all these years and at this point and time with four kids and almost back to school time - I could really use the money. I have bought on ebay plenty of times but, I have never sold anything. Any suggestions as to what I would ask for them? Thanks in advance.
