Does anybody remember the incident at the r kelly concert in jamaica?

A few years ago, R Kelly was doing a concert in Jamaica and he insulted the concertgoers by stripping down and doing dirty ual acts on stage. I am surprised no one seems to remember that because it was a big thing. But who knows, maybe they paid off the Jamaican media to not let it spread like wildfire. Does anyone remember hearing about this? This was sometime ago in the nineties.
