When did the Great Depression end?

i had a test on the great depression and it said what happened on october 29, 1932? the options are Eleanor Roosevelts birthday, the stock market crashed and the depression began, the depression ended and everybody had jobs, and htere was somehting else but i know that wasn't it. i will ask my teacher about it but i need to know if one of those choices are the answer. thanx!
